Hi! I'm the Executive Director here at PAAWS. I've been working in animal welfare for 15 years, and I absolutely love what I do.  I really can't pick a favorite part of my job—it’s a tie between our awesome clients, their pets, and the phenomenal team I work with every day. 

It rarely feels like work because I'm surrounded by great people, always having fun, and making a real difference for the people and pets in our community.

Hi, I’m Britny! I’ve been a vet tech for over 11 years, and I absolutely love what I do. Helping sick pets feel better and seeing them go home happy and healthy is the best part of my job.

I’m always looking for ways to grow, learn, and keep giving back to the community—whether that’s through learning new skills or just being there for the animals (and their humans) who need me.

Fun fact: I have over 30 tattoos, including a full cat sleeve! 

Melody is a LVT based in Wolverton, Minnesota. Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, she graduated from NDSU in 2011 and has worked in veterinary medicine ever since. For the past five years, she’s been part of the team at PAAWS, where she provides skilled, compassionate care to both animals and their owners.

Melody lives with her husband and daughter and a beloved collection of pets—including horses, dogs, and cats. Her son is currently away in college and she has a daughter still at home. In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles, cross-stitching, and other crafts—hobbies that reflect the same patience and attention to detail she brings to her work every day.
